Promajna
For three weeks, we are at the Croatian cost near friends with those who can walk enjoying the beach every day (everyone but me, still in the boot for a while longer). It is a typical inexpensive beach town, populated mainly by tourists that visit the beach for a few weeks or a weekend if you live in Bosnia nearby.
Our friends own a house with two apartments; their two boys and our daughter now occupy. Depending on the day of the week, all three either love each other, or two do, and the other doesn’t, or all three want to kill each other. We are staying in an apartment across the street.
I can’t recommend the city for a visit; if we didn’t have the friends and the built-in convenience, we would not do much more than drive through. Three weeks at the beach, the weather most days is not too warm, and we change the scenery from Belgrade for a bit and drive there and back through Bosnia.
